Signal types
- Ownership change — real parent moves only; continuum noise is suppressed
- Status change — closed, acquired, or restructuring, with a dated citation
- Earnings release — 8-K item 2.02 mapped to a brand ticker
- Promo observed — only when a source URL is present

Delivery
Webhook, email, or RSS. Latency follows the pipelines: weekly for ownership and facts, daily for filings.
