1. Agreement
By using xynenyx.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by TwoKai LTD ("we", "us").
2. What xynenyx is
xynenyx publishes weekly intelligence editions for fashion and beauty. Editions are informational. They are a synthesis of public sources.
Not investment advice. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not treat editions as a recommendation to buy or sell any security or product.
3. Automated editions
Editions are generated automatically from public sources such as industry news, company filings, and market data. Coverage can be incomplete. Some editions may note that sources were unavailable when generated.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
4. Accounts and subscribe
You may subscribe with an email address to receive editions or product updates. You must provide a valid email you control. You can ask to be removed by contacting hello@xynenyx.com (and via unsubscribe links once email send is enabled).
We may refuse or remove subscriptions that look abusive or automated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scrape, or overload the Site or API in a way that harms the service
- Bypass rate limits or security controls
- Misrepresent your identity to obtain access
- Use the Site to break the law
6. Intellectual property
Site chrome, branding, and our compilation of editions are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links to public edition pages. You may not republish edition content in bulk without permission.
7. Third-party sources
Editions may cite or link to third-party material. We are not responsible for third-party sites or content.
8. Privacy
Personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. Analytics runs only if you Accept the consent banner.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any edition.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
